Can You Improve Gas Mileage With Water?
Only 6 months ago, the price of oil was at it's high, and today (and most likely the next 6 months), it is at it's low. But this the cyclical nature of the price of oil and the commodities market - and if you really want to save money, then you have to look at ways to reduce your relaince on fual.
