Usually the purpose of anxiety, stress and anger management is to reduce work pressure, generate mental tranquility and physical relaxation. The methods help you to return to your normal activities and health.
A way to reduce your anger, anxiety and stress is to change your routine and discuss your problem with your boss, your parents or other family members. This will alleviate your stress, relieve your anxiety and abate your anger. Try to find new and creative ways to generate interest in your everyday work. This will provide you an interesting environment at workplace.
Take a rest to let your body relax for a while. This will not only lessen work stress but it will also relieve your anger and anxiety. You should take little breaks during the work and get a good sleep at the end of the day. Sound sleep makes you fresh and energetic. Hobbies can keep you busy in your leisure time and you can become relaxed by them. This will end all your anxieties so that you feel calm and peaceful. You can control your anger when you are relaxed; the negative aspects of anger are manifested when one feels tense and stressed.
